Yesterday we held our annual staff meeting. This ensures the entire staff is on board with how we want to maintain the golf course and what our goals are. It also allows time to answer any questions the staff may have in regards to mowing, maintenance etc. and it also allows us to discuss various ideas for the golf course. I feel we have assembled a strong staff that takes pride in what they do.
