The process of installing our bunker liner Cap Con is pretty straight forward. A local concrete distributor makes up the Cap Con mix (which each load has to be approved when it arrives), it is dumped in bunkers and spread to a 2" thickness and paint rollers are used to smooth out. Once it cures after 24-48 hours, sand can be installed. The concrete allows water to pass through yet the sand to remain in place during heavy rains. This will prolong the life of our new bunkers moving forward.
